Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling!)
  • 1 tbsp raw honey
  • 1 tsp/ 1 capsule licorice root powder
  • 1 tbsp yogurt/curd (you can use milk if you have very dry skin)

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, stir the pumpkin puree, honey, licorice powder, and yogurt until thoroughly combined.
  • Apply a thin layer to the face.
  • Relax and leave on the skin for 10-15 minutes, then rinse well to remove.
  • Store the leftover face mask in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. Enjoy!!

Notes

If you have very sensitive skin, consider omitting licorice, as it may irritate. Feel free to apply this over the neck and other parts of the body (especially the exposed areas of the arms and legs) if you are treating yourself to a spa day at home.
