Step 1- Grate the ginger into fine threads using a grater. Squeeze the juice out of the threads by simply pressing the grated ginger between your fingers. (Added tip- Don’t throw away the squeezed remains of the ginger. You can add it to your tea or curry the next time you prepare)
Step 2- Mix the freshly prepared ginger juice with an equal quantity of honey.
Notes
An adult can take 1-2 tablespoons at a time and children can consume 1-2 teaspoons each time. Have this 2-3 times a day.
