Popularly known as Dr. Doctor by my well-wishers (Mrs. Dr. Doctor to be precise😉) I am a dermatologist by profession but a simple mommy to the core.

I am also a Foodie… Health enthusiast… & a firm believer that living a nourished, happy & healthy life is an individual’s birthright & a collective responsibility.

Also… I am a proud Zoroastrian, a shy & blessed mommy, soulmate to the most loving and brilliant man, a grateful daughter to the greatest parents I could have been blessed with & always aspire to be like, and a sibling to the purest heart I know my sister truly is.

I have spent years working in the medical field, have seen what happens behind the scenes in the medical world, and realized that there is a lot of truth in the saying- ‘Prevention is better than cure! ‘. I realized that it was a little late to tell my patients the importance of holistic natural living by the time they came to me & the realization hit me hard when I lost someone very close to me.

Hence, this little woman (this mommy that you know me to be today) who was just as excited on the first day of her medical school to heal the world as she is now… has decided to guide everyone into the everyday world.

Thanks to the power of the internet, in this little space, I have decided to pen the culminated wisdom I have learned passed through generations from my family, and my workplace, and that I continue to imbibe as our family grows through the experience of what we call – LIFE!
